  • 20 Ring Dips
  • 50′ Bear crawl
  • 4 Cleans (full squat) 185/120#
  • 15 Ring Dips
  • 40′ Bear crawl
  • 3 Cleans (full squat) 185/120#
  • 10 Ring Dips
  • 30′ Bear crawl

 

 

 

*use appropriate scaling for the cleans.
