SWOD: stuck with 135 all the way through.

WOD: 4rds+4 pull ups (2nd round). Note: I did the 4th round out of sequence because I can't count. I did 4 rounds of Cindy then did the run, then came in and did the final 4 pull ups. All in all this means that even though I did more than Jason my score doesn't count. I was pissed!

DU's sucked I started by trying to do 20's and then just whatever I could after the first 2 rnds of twenties.

Worked on using a hook grip on every lift
WOD: 3 rounds + 100m. First time running in 6 weeks, fel good & my shin splints aren't hurting!
