CrossFit Games Open WOD 13.1

Class begins at 9am. We will run in multiple heats, so be ready and loosened up when your heat begins. And most importantly lets have some fun! Yay Burpees!!!


Open WOD 13.1
17 minute AMRAP of:
40 Burpees
30 Snatch, 75 / 45 lbs
30 Burpees
30 Snatch, 135 / 75 lbs
20 Burpees
30 Snatch, 165 / 100 lbs
10 burpees
Max rep Snatch, 210 / 120 lbs

Wod 137 reps! Did it on Thursday and got 123 so I'm proud I got to 137! Thanks for the cheering on everyone!

13.1 - 125 reps. I think that was the best effort I could give today for that workout.

13.1 - 100 reps extremely happy. Never thought I can participate. With 50lbs shoulders restriction, for a non-compliant patient I think I did fine. I hope my MD wont fire me, otherwise I will have to switch to Dr. Cody Luker's office.

WOD 13.1: 128. Happy with that but it's so close to finishing the 135lb snatch I have to try again. See you at 11!

116... Not happy with my performance. I HAVE to get better at snatch technique AND improve endurance in general. Mission impossible for a person who is nothing but one big fast twitch muscle fiber? Maybe 13.2 will just be broad jump :)

127 reps, pretty happy with that score considering I'm 11 weeks post pardum! BUT I would have like to have completed my snatches! Good job Robin! That kid is gonna be born crossfitting!

Everybody did such an awesome job today, so proud of all of you!!

I did this and got 100 reps total tried 75# with like 5 seconds left and that was a no go!! Pretty happy with me score for being over half way thru this pregnancy.

WOD 102 REPS. Getting 135 over head my was my goal. Goal achieved!
