The 6pm class on Friday and both classes on Saturday will be cancelled this week. We will be heading to OKC to watch Todd at the Fittest in Oklahoma.

SWOD: 165lb 5x3
Good confidence booster. Current PR is 185 and I felt I could have maybe done this 5x3 at 185. Time for a new PR as soon as this competition is over.

WOD: 135lbs but not too concerned about time. Just tring to stay limber and work on a little technique.

Front Squat 255# tried for 275# but failed. Battling a cold so I stopped while I was ahead.
