WOD - 17:53...not so good...got a nice, new, huge, throbbing rip during second round! OUCH!!

I skipped the SWOD in an effort to actually get stuff done around the house tonight.

WOD - 12:03 rx'd

Butterfly pull ups felt great and my rhythm is getting much better. So you better watch out D cause its on now. The worst part of the workout was running because it felt like someone was holding a hair dryer in front of your mouth while you try and breathe.

Oh and I agree Daryl we should name this one and do it again. So I will leave the naming up to you, Tia, and Robin.
