1-5 rds (75#) - Did pull-ups without a band, first workout that I did that.
2-7 rds + 3 SDHP (75#) Box Dips - Next time I will try ring dips.

No sitting in my rocker today Jason.

SWOD: 155, 175, 185, 195, 200
My PR on this is still only 225 so I started too light. I'm thinking that PR is going bye bye the next time we do 1 rd max.
WOD: Goal was Rx today. Got it done. 5rds+2 thrusters and 7 rds. 95lb thruster is still heavy for me but I'm getting there.

On a side note there were only a couple of the girls in the noon class that peed there pants today. I'm so proud of them. They've been working so hard on it.
