Did this one on Wednesday @ home.

Back Squat - 375 (failed at 395)
Press - 175 (failed at 185)
Deadlift - 455 (failed at 475)
Total - 1005#

No PRs for me tonight...left hamstring has been very tight all week and would not loosen up. I feel like I could have got 180# on press, but no 2.5# plates here at the house.

Lots of new PRs today!!! Congrats to everyone who set new PRs. And for those of you who maxed for the 1st time....now we have some numbers to compare against.
