No PRs for me tonight...left hamstring has been very tight all week and would not loosen up. I feel like I could have got 180# on press, but no 2.5# plates here at the house.

This brought back alot of memories from 27 years ago when I used to compete. Weights not quite where they used to be but I will take it at 45 years old.
