SWOD: 1 snatch x 3 overhead squats, every min on the min.
4 sets at 95, 5 at 115 and 1 at 135

WOD: deadlift- 255, 4 sets x 5 reps
bench- 205, 3 sets of 5, 1 set of 8

Worked on catching the snatch in a full squat/squat balance exercise. Also worked on some muscle ups, getting closer, have to be more aggressive.

Way to not give up on the HSPU Ramon!

Did yesterday's wod.
Bench Press 145,170,190(9) my max must have went up quite a bit
135# for 3 rounds, 155# for remainder

Next time 165# or 175#, getting much better at catching in a full squat.

Congrats to Ramon for getting his 1st HSPU today!!!

I hate that I couldn't make it in for skill day but, we did get a great workout in here at the station today
