WOD: 11:07 mod - used 135# (bodyweight = ~150) - still need to clean (heh heh) up my form but could prob go a bit heavier; jerk was ok once i started getting under the bar

WOD- 145# 10:35. Weight was good, maybe a touch light. But lower back totally smoked. Be good to have a couple days off!
