Trying to work on the kip for the P/U still... still need more in the hips.

WOD 26:08- 20# then #15, singles x3. I was doing great until the OHS. I had to switch to the bar and I was still struggling. Going to stretch my shoulders to try get that batter.

Just wanted to say congrats to Kayla and Brad L. for getting there first pull ups today, also Mark B. got his first butterfly tonight as well!! Awesome job everyone, we love being able to watch you all mark off your goals on the wall.

Need to still work on hips more on my kipping.

WOD:
Wanted to get under 15min and finished in:
14:51.

Shoulders felt GREAT with the DUs inbetween.The OHS were shaky until Daryl told me to twist my torso while going down, I was able to knock out about 8 in a row.
Overall pretty happy with today's WOD.

Muscle up work- so very close.
