WOD 26:08- 20# then #15, singles x3. I was doing great until the OHS. I had to switch to the bar and I was still struggling. Going to stretch my shoulders to try get that batter.

RX all but the 1ArmOHS-25#, those were very challenging for me! My legs are soo sore from memorial wod, today was the cherry on top:)

Shoulders felt GREAT with the DUs inbetween.The OHS were shaky until Daryl told me to twist my torso while going down, I was able to knock out about 8 in a row.
Overall pretty happy with today's WOD.
