This weekend the Tag Team Belts will be back on the line!!! Afterwards we will be having a cookout, please let us know if you plan on attending so we know how much food to get. And as always feel free to bring either money to pitch in or your favorite side dish.

WOD 2 - 10 rounds rx'd

First WOD was WAY much worse than Fran! Second WOD was not too bad. The SDHP got heavy pretty quick but was manageable.

1-5 rds (75#) - Did pull-ups without a band, first workout that I did that.
2-7 rds + 3 SDHP (75#) Box Dips - Next time I will try ring dips.

Awesome job on the PR Amber!!! It was good to see so many new faces tonight.

Also almost everyone had the "Zombie" look on their faces after the WOD. It was awesome to witness everyone pushing to the limit.

WOD 1: 5rnds + 5 thrusters
*Used 35lb dumbbells, class was packed and we were out of bars. Great Problem!

WOD 2: 6rnds + 5 Sumo's
*Used "Big Blue" KB for SDHP's, not sure of weight but it's not lightweight.
*Ring Dips with the blue band.
