Lumberjack 20

On Nov. 5 2009 at 1:34 p.m., a terrorist named Major Nidal Hasan attacked fellow soldiers and civilians at Fort Hood, TX. He killed 12 soldiers and one civilian and wounded 43 others.

SPC Frederick Greene, 29, of Mountain City, TN, PFC Aaron Thomas Nemelka, 19, of West Jordan, UT, PFC Michael Pearson, 22, of Bolingbrook, IL, and SPC Kham Xiong, 23, of St. Paul, MN, along with eleven of the wounded were active CrossFitters in the 20th Engineer Battalion, home to Lumberjack CrossFit.The following workout was created in honor of all the victims from that day.

I really wanted to do this WOD; it's been over two years since I've done it. Just couldn't get the route done in time.

I cut the wod in half and I rowed instead of running.
Deadlift with 55# kb
OHS 65#
KB swing 20#
Burpees on an incline
Gray band pull ups
Step ups instead of box jumps
15# squat cleans

32 weeks pregnant (that means only 8 more weeks of prego but who's counting :))

Pretty Happy with my time. Thanks Daryl for the last run with me.

Did the whole WOD R'x except the Chest to Bar. Really tried focusing on getting that extra pull to touch my chest to the bar.
