This was a good one except for the three blisters that decided to pop up midway through the second round. All in all though a good day, but I have a feeling that tomorrow's WOD is gonna be a rough one!
SWOD - 21, 35 WOD 18:11 (135#, pushing Eli in jogging stroller on runs)
I had more misses out front than I would like to admit. I just kept losing focus on a powerful shrug and the bar would land just enough out front that I couldn't pull it back. All in all a great workout and can't wait to do it again.
@Daryl - yeah I saw this technique a while back and thought that it was worth sharing with everyone. Just goes to show that you can scale everything in CrossFit.
