These are not quite what we are doing....but this guy possesses some amazing bodyweight strength.

I did this WOD on Saturday after work. I've been really drained from the heat this week but I was super pumped to try this workout.

After working all week in the heat I decided to take the night off, but you better believe that I'll be doing this WOD on Saturday!!!
