Teams of 3 complete the following:

12 minutes to establish a heavy set for each teammate:

3 Position Power Clean

*Score is total of each teammates heaviest weight lifted.

Rest 3 minutes.

Then 15 minute AMRAP of:

9/6 Calories Assault Bike

6 Lateral Burpees

3 Power Cleans 155/105

*This is done Conga Line style, each teammates completed round is 1 rep.
