WOD - 8:16

Well those t2b went away so fast and I could not keep them going. Breathing got erratic, hip flexors were spent, and quads were blown up on the t2b...WTH? First part of the workout was pretty good, even though my pull ups felt labored and slow.

Last time - 8:02 (2:10/3:52)
Today - 8:16 (2:02/4:14)
