Can you compete with her time?

100 Shoulder 2 Overhead 45#/33#

80 Bent Over Rows 45#/33#

40 Hang Clean & Jerks 45#/33#

*Everytime you rest perform 25 push ups.

*You can pause overhead, but no resting with the bar on the shoulders or at full hang.



Cool Down with a 2 mile run/jog/walk...just get out and move.

WOD - 5:45

I opted to do 25 push ups everytime the bar was set down including between movements. I ended up doing 50 push ups total.

S2O - ub
Rows - ub
HC&J - ub

Then 2 mile run, no time kept just tried to stay relaxed and loosen up legs and back.
