Clean and Jerks

Touch and go at floor only.

Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul.

No dumping. Use same load for each set.

Rest as needed between sets.

15 reps @ 185# (failed)
12 reps @ 165#
9 reps @ 175#

Well all day I was thinking 165# would be too easy and 185# would be a struggle but there was a slim chance that I could do it. So of course I gave it a shot. I made to 10 reps and could not hold onto the bar any longer. Did my last 5 as singles, then dropped weight to 165 for 12. Which felt too easy so I went up to 175 for the last set. Next time use 175 for all three sets and let it ride.
