I was running a little short on time when I got to the gym. So I had a quicker warm up than I would have liked which meant that the snatches felt off.

Workout felt pretty good...except for the runs. They were much slower than I would liked and I just couldn't force myself to run faster.

Swod: stayed at 83#. Felt real heavy.
Wod: 2rounds +4 ring push ups. Those push-ups are no joke.
