*The clock will be started, however due to limited barbells work with your classmates and just complete the workout.

I went into this one with a simple goal of doing each movement unbroken. I didn't care how long it took or how much rest I needed...ok I'm lying a little I didn't want to rest too much but my main focus was to finish each lift unbroken.
