This one was tough...never could catch my breath since the first round of double unders. I did the first round unbroken, then broke everything but the burpee pull ups afterwards.

DU - 60, 50/10, 45/15
KB Swings - 30, 25/5, 18/12
Burpee Pull Ups - nonstop...just slower each round
