SWOD: just the press up to 115. No squats

8 +1 muscle up

SWOD felt good presses were a little heavy but the squats felt smooth and not too bad. WOD was good went a little fast at the start and was able to hold a 1 minute per round pace. I dropped off that pace at around minute 4 but still felt good. At the end I was shooting for finishing all 3 muscle ups, jumped up had a good kip and transition but lost focus and slipped through the rings. However I managed to jump back up and hit one more. Next time 9 rounds on the dot!

Wod: 8 rounds but did ring mu transitions
