Bench Press 5,5,5 (35,45,55%)

Deadlift 5,5,5 (35,45,55%)

 

WOD

Start with 2 cones set 10 meters apart.

1st minute sprint 10 meters, 2nd minute sprint 20 meters....continue until you can no longer complete the required sprint within 1 minute.

Wod: 10 rounds. Honestly, could have done 11 or 12. Bauer was going nuts. So he and I took off on a run outside.

So here’s what happened...
I’ve been bringing in our foster, Bauer and he may have got in the way on just about every lap. I was scratched, bit and tripped more times than I can recall. It was still a fun event having him with me when NOBODY showed up for the 10am class! I did 13 laps. I should have gone for the 14. I’m pretty sure he and I could have done it. The 15... no way.

That was pretty tough but i dug deep and pulled out 17 rounds!!!

WOD - 16 rounds +2 laps

I played around with circling my turns and stop/sprint my turns. The circle turns felt pretty good but were inefficient. I did mostly stop/sprint turns and in the later rounds my left quad blew up. I did circle turns on the round of 16 and it cost me some time. I finished with a few seconds left and elected to walk out two more laps...just for Tyler.
