Using the dog as an excuse. Let Bauer run with Angie and I on the 400s so I had to wait while he ran with Angie before I took off with him. He did a 2k! I missed the last set of ring dips. The cleans felt great! The runs were fun because I had a dog with me. The ring dips really kind of sucked!

Not happy with today runs were fairly solid hangs were solid but failed on ring dips- meaning it wasn’t a good day for them 14:?? Almost a cap RX though non the less

Not much of a warm up after work today before jumping into this workout. I think with a proper warm up I could shave some time off of my runs and get closer to 7:45ish.
