SWOD: Up to 115. Just more than Courtney!

WOD: talk about a bad pace! I thought I was being smart but I ended with 10 sit-ups short. That’s it, just 10 sit-ups.

Swod: up to 113
Wod: 10:50 rx (no anchors) doubles were good but I think row and sit-ups were slow
