SWOD felt pretty good, weights were heavy but honestly not too bad.

WOD run felt good but I started to quick and by the last lap my hip felt a little off. During warm ups with C&J cleans felt good but jerks were a little questionable. So I opted to start low...turned out to be a mistake.
Cleaned 255 but just missed the jerk. Next time start at 225 then go from there.
