Started off this workout as the 3rd wheel with Team Ground and Pound aka Ryan and Courtney. So I was shooting for hopefully getting to that last set of cleans. Unfortunately 3 cleans into 205# Ryan's neck seized up...so luckily Courtney pull the weight on the cleans and Ryan took the brunt of the rowing. Which means that I was trying to get in more rope climbs. Good workout and fun as always.
