32:31! The worst performance ever!!! I started the WOD super slow and it only got worse. The only excuse I have is I wasn’t looking forward to a good workout and I had to do this by myself. We all have bad days, right?

Part way through the last set of doubles I thought that just maybe I could crack the 17 minute mark. Then when I began rowing I realized...NOPE! Instead I wanted to get off the rower and quit. #shortguyproble ms
