WOD - Assault Bike
Fastest - 12 seconds
Slowest - 16 seconds

Lately my collarbone seemingly grows exponentially every time I do "heavy" cleans So in an effort to keep it from getting out of control I purposely caught the heavy cleans on the front of my shoulder.

Using the bike for the workout got very tough around round 6, which is about the round when my legs would no longer recover between rounds and the lactic acid just kept building up. After finishing it took forever for my legs to become "confortable" again.
