Swod: could not go from killing to BMu so did c2b and added a few single bmu just for practice lol

So my goal was to finish each round under 2:30 and run each 400 as hard as I could. Well that worked the first two rounds then I proceeded to die on the last 400 and was praying that I could just finish without crying in front of everyone....I may have cried a little.

400s - 1:08, 1:18, 1:33 (felt like I was walking)
