I finally was able to do a 16 inch box jump yesterday. I was pretty excited!

Worked on box jumps, pull-ups and kettle bell swing with the 35 lb kettle bell. I finally learned kipping thanks to Robin. Jumped rope but ran out of time before I accomplished a double under.

WOD - 6:48 rx'd
18 burpees - Robin & Jason

SWOD: 53, 58, 63 +2

Worked on kettle bells 35lbs.
Learned ring dips green band, blue band, attempted no band.
Practiced kipping and then added the pull up. I think I've gotten way better at it:-)
Finished practicing K2E and my core has gotten noticably stronger!

Love CFBA can't get enough!!
