Like everyone else, my shoulders have been blasted all week. However surprisingly I came in with the mindset of attacking the workout as quick as I could and hoping that I could hang on to that pace. So I was pretty excited considering this was a 4 second PR from November of 2011!!!

Courtney you're welcome! BTW, Reid and I were looking at the board noticing all of the girls times for DIANE, and I would just like to say that ALL of the women have been kicking some major butt at the gym. Because the previous top time on the board is no longer even in the Top 3!!! Congrats ladies.

So exited about this one... we did this 3.5 months ago in the open and I was five reps short of finishing in the 11 min time cap. Today I stuck to my plan, smooth and steady ... didn’t fail a hspu, broke them up by plan and did DL unbroken! Proud to say I’ve finished my first DIANE real deal RX!
Also, this is following a brutally painful upper body week. Jason I should hate you but I must say all the upper work this past month probably has helped my stamina! Thanks!
