Last time we did this the 5pm class was full so I started on the rower and worked backwards. Which sucked BTW, also this time I was by myself at 4pm and didn't have Courtney taking off like a race horse. My main objective was to stay calm, do unbroken sets as long as possible, rebound my box jumps, and take short minimal breaks between movements as rest. My plan worked great until the 3rd round of SHDP and I had to start breaking them up 12/8 however everything else pretty much stayed on point or close to. Overall I felt good, winded but not completely gassed. Not sure where I could make up time other than the rower or SDHP. And I don't like either of those options!

BJ - 20,20,10/6/4,12/8,20
PP - ub
Row - didn't get much over 1200 and damper on 6/7. Kept a good pace but WB felt way smoother with this strategy.

31:12 waaayyy more rest then I should have, couldn't not catch breath.
