Squats felt pretty good not bad at all. WOD 1 got rough really quickly but shoulders were blown up. WOD 2 smashed my shoulders and I was forced to break up doubles unders because I could no longer spin my jump rope. On my last round I failed the 3rd push press then I went to pickup my rope and realized it was tied in a knot. I blame Courtney she must have snuck up there and tied it up so she could beat me.
