After a little no day at work I did my squats with Morgan then chatted with new girls Liz and Kelly before 6pm class. I was a little disappointed that I did not get to do the WOD. So I came home after the 7pm class, gave the boys kisses and hugs before bedtime, ate dinner, ate an ice cream sandwich for dessert, then thought that it would be great idea to do the workout in the garage with the assault bike. It was horrible....I felt like puking after round 7 which was my slowest round.

So moral to the story is don’t be a dumbass and eat ice cream sandwich before working and doing burpees.
