*All 7 attempts of the Hang Snatch should be above the knee. Focus on reaching FULL EXTENSION before pulling under the bar, ZERO misses.

HS - 180,185,190,195,200,205x2 (missed both)

Technique felt good but weights felt heavy. Also I forgot my gym bag so no lifters or knee sleeves. So my knees did not like the full squats.
