So maybe the gas station pizza and Monster energy drink were not the best decisions as I nearly threw it all up during the 3rd run. Also the 30# ball is leaking sand which is great since I tend to become a mouth breather during workouts. I think that the sand that I ingested helped settle my stomach back down to a level that made vomiting only seem like a good idea. All in all a good workout...just a lackluster performance on my part.
