Swod: pp #98; fs #173 uh... ended up doing 3 sets of 2 and darn near died.

Wod: 21:05. Sooooo started on rower. Then ran a 500 and realized when I came in that I’ve already been lapped and we don’t have enough rowers blah blah... so I went out and ran the remainder 1000 meters then came in and rowed the last 1000. Basically I did a completely different wod. Still kicked my ass. #slowestrunner
