Swod: 83 bench each round 8/8/8/5 push ups ... not good but knew what was coming next

Wod: 14:24 ... Jason helped me strategize pull ups and it worked and they felt good! Probably took too much rest ... could have been sub 14

Swod: stayed with 83# on bench - push ups 6,5,4,5. (This was not fun.) especially going right into the wod

Wod: 19:09 rx wallballs unbroken. Really worked on linking pu’s. Most were sets of 3 or 4.. towards the end lots of 2’s. No singles!
