Swod: all sets unbroken: bodyweight, 2x 2.5lbs, 2x 5lbs
Squats worked up to 143

Wod: first time doing this RX 13:58... proud that I only failed on two dips out of the 45 , clearly I took my time and made sure I was ready... faster next time!
