Same as Jason, I just did the workout tried the first round was not pretty the second one I finished in 9:55. I used 73# the whole, shared the bar with our neighbor.

I did this one at home, which means lots of interruptions from kids and running with kids.

3:25/7:30/Then the interruptions began. I ended up just finishing the workout since my time was way off schedule.
