Press - up to 83# and only did 2 out of the 3
Front Squat - up to 113# was suppose to go up to 138#

WOD - 2 rounds (pushups are so slow anymore for me)

Wod: 2 + 2 pull-ups. (Completed 50 dubs! ) that’s a big deal!!! :-) nice way to the week!

DU - :58 (broke at 70 then did last 30)

Workout felt pretty good with the exception of my legs feeling useless during the runs.The double unders felt really smooth but just ran out of air and took a short break at 70 reps.
