Only 4 muscle ups each set

The last two days have been a little rough with work. And I've fallen completely off the wagon and made poor decisions with breakfast and lunch. Today I paid for those horrible choices, felt like puking before we even started. Then every time we lined up for the run I contemplated scaling it back and throwing up in the grass.

Time to get my head on straight.
