SWOD: HSPU defc w/15 lb plates, 10 sec left after run.

SWOD - done runs I had about 5 seconds to spare, hspu I did strict with the thin 10# plate and ab mat on top

WOD - 8:45 rx (should have went with less weight and focused on faster rope climbs)

Workout felt pretty good despite legs feeling like hammered dog turds. I had to break up the last set of thrusters 8/4.

200m Sled Push 90# (did about 150ish with 90# then 25m with 45#)
