SWOD: HSPU defc w/15 lb plates, 10 sec left after run. WOD:4:32

SWOD - done runs I had about 5 seconds to spare, hspu I did strict with the thin 10# plate and ab mat on top
WOD - 8:45 rx (should have went with less weight and focused on faster rope climbs)

SWOD Runs under 50 seconds HSPU with 45# plates

Workout felt pretty good despite legs feeling like hammered dog turds. I had to break up the last set of thrusters 8/4.

100 Bench Press 135#, EMOTM Run 100m Rest 5 minutes 100 MB Sit Ups, EMOTM Run 100m Rest 5 minutes 100 DB Curl & Press 30#, EMOTM Run 100m 200m Sled Push 90# (did about 150ish with 90# then 25m with 45#)
