200ft HS Walk (5x40ft only failed to complete one of the walk unbroken)

Broke up the row, dubs and handstand walks. ** I actually walked forward instead of backwards! **
Dubs.... I’m gonna get these bad boys before 2020!
Finished with the mile. Casual jog...considering my legs are toast from sprints I did yesterday. That wind! Whoa!
