*Take your time warming up, all 7 lifts should be above 80%.

*If it feels good go for a new 1 rep max.

Press: 95# which is 10# under the last time we did this.
PU's: just did strict pullups, did this WOD at home and we don't have anything to use for weighted pu.

Pull Up - 105#

My press went up 5# from my all time PR, and 15# up from my last max. The weighted pull up I couldn't remember my last max so I'm counting 105# as a new max.

Press: 113 as per the last 4 years
Weighted PU: 27.5 pounds yah! PR for me by like 25 pounds lol

Press: 88# which is what I pressed last time we maxed. Still off my max of 93#

Weighted pu’s : 10lb plate :) very unexpected

Extra: EMOM X 20 100 meter sprints.
