Not a good front squat day for me, hit 153# tried for 158# and failed twice. I had no drive out of the bottom and just hit that sticking point, 20# under my last 1 rep max.

Well not a new MAX but I will consider this my post full time coach MAX.

Warm up felt good. I matched my 1 rep max. #203. Pleased with that considering I just got that 2 months ago. ;)
