upset with this one. The transitions were incredibly difficult to do smoothly because of flexibility and inability to change hand placement on bar without racking weight. I only did one round. Then ran out of frustration.

I set a goal of completing a round with 155# which was a new PR. I have previously failed twice at that weight, so it felt great to finally get it done. My last round I attempted 160#, and my forearms were just not cooperating. Foreamrs were cramped and killing me so I just stopped while I was ahead.

WOD: 53 for all five rounds. Wanted to get form down and will add weight next go around.

Discovered I have weak wrists but I'll work on strengthening.

Overall I LOVED this workout!!!!!
