9 Rounds of Bear Complex 135#/93#

Bear Complex = Deadlift + Power Clean + Front Squat + Push Press + Back Squat + Push Press

*Athletes can must switch after each round. Movements can be combined. (example, squat clean+thruster+back thruster)
