WOD - 9:09

Shoulders are still a little sore from Saturday and yesterday's overhead squats so I skipped bench press. Box jumps were slow but continuous, no rebounding. Toes to bar were about as rough as expected, and I broke up wall balls in an effort to save my arms for pull ups. And halfway through pull ups felt like my left hand was going to rip so I broke the last few into smaller sets.

All in all, today was a good workout. Next attempt at it should be much smoother with less of me standing around resting.
